Pania Gregson
Pania is the driving force behind Pestgo’s operations and community engagement. As General Manager, she brings over 30 years of experience in business leadership, community development, and strategic growth to the company she co-founded with her husband, Rowan.
Pania’s leadership style is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and community. Her career spans a wide range of roles across the Macarthur and Wollondilly regions, where she has become a well-known and highly respected advocate for small business, women in leadership, and local economic development.
She currently serves as President of the Wollondilly Business Chamber, where she led the Chamber’s 2024 expansion to better represent the entire region. Her previous roles include board positions with the Camden and Narellan Chambers of Commerce, and she has been a key contributor to initiatives such as the Wollondilly Tourism Association, Business Event of the Year, and Tourism Connect.
Pania is also a passionate volunteer and event organiser. She served as Chair of the Christmas in Narellan Committee in 2020, helping to deliver one of the region’s most beloved community events. Her dedication to service has earned her numerous accolades, including being named Wollondilly Local Woman of the Year in 2025.
At Pestgo, Pania oversees business operations, customer experience, and team development. Her focus is on creating a workplace culture that reflects Pestgo’s core values: health, integrity, education, and environmental responsibility. She is instrumental in ensuring that every customer interaction is handled with care, professionalism, and a commitment to health-first pest management.
Beyond her business and volunteer work, Pania is a trusted mentor to local entrepreneurs, especially women in business. She actively supports the Wollondilly Women in Business Network, sharing her knowledge and experience to empower others to grow and thrive.
Pania and Rowan live in Mount Hunter with their beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Oscar. Together, they are building more than a business—they’re building a legacy of health, sustainability, and community connection.
